Fall 2014: Newfoundland, Labrador, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Ontario

 

• PART 1:  From Pennsylvania through southeastern Ontario (including a visit to Ottawa and Parc National de la Mauricie), touring the coast of the Gaspe peninsula with a stay at Forillon National Park of Canada, on to New Brunswick's Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, then driving to the ferry terminal on northern Cape Breton to depart for Newfoundland.

• PART 2:  Ferry across Cabot Strait to Newfoundland, visits to several provincial parks in southwestern and central Newfoundland (Barachois Pond, Blow-Me-Down, Dildo Run), then to the east side of the island, visiting Terra Nova National Park of Canada, St. John's (provincial capital), and Butterpot Provincial Park.

• PART 3:  Ferry to Labrador, then a week at northern tip of Great Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland (L'Anse aux Meadows, St. Anthony), to Gros Morne National Park of Canada, from Newfoundland to Prince Edward Island, and finally back to Pennsylvania.
