  • a week at Palo Duro Canyon State Park in the Texas panhandle
  • lengthy stays at several other Texas and New Mexico state parks
  • visits to several presidential libraries, the Sixth Floor Museum at the Texas School Book Depository (Dallas), Johnson Space Center (near Houston), and the McDonald Observatory (west Texas).

    This is a 130-page photojournal of a four-month trip in an Aliner popup camper.  The journey took the author (Glenn Tunney) from Pennsylvania through Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Minnesota, then through central and western Canada (Manitoba to British Columbia), on into Washington, Oregon and northern California, and culminated with visits to Nevada and southern Utah.
     To simplify viewing due to the photojournal's length, it is posted in three parts.
